Tax & Accounting Manager

We’re an established Utah CPA firm seeking a Tax & Accounting Manager to help lead our tax and accounting team. Manage client engagements, oversee accounting operations, and guide tax planning strategies while working with a collaborative, professional team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage client tax, accounting, and tax planning engagements
• Oversee accounting operations and prepare/review financial statements
• Supervise staff, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality client service
• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Consult clients on accounting systems and QuickBooks Online
• Manage payroll processes and tax compliance as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA license preferred
• 7+ years of tax and accounting experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial reporting
• QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Leadership, client management, and organizational skills
