Responsibilities

• Scope, estimate, and budget projects based on client requirements, producing clear SOWs and project briefs
• Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to qualify opportunities and support deal closure
• Split time between client-facing discovery and internal coordination with PMs and technical teams
• Evaluate client needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans
• Hand off approved projects to PMs while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment

Must‑Have Requirements

• MSP Background
• Proven ability to work with Sales, AMs, and clients to scope and price project work
• Strong understanding of Azure, Office 365, SharePoint migrations, and multi‑cloud concepts
• Comfortable working 1 day per week onsite in either NYC or Orlando
