It is important that you have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for this position, as well as strong organizational skills to manage your route and keep track of your daily activities

The GIG Delivery Driver is accountable for selling and distributing products on proper routes while building strong relationships with the customers to offer superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth. Furthermore, to guarantee product availability at accounts, the Route Sales Driver ensures that all beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors are filled as per Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

It is important to perform the necessary duties and responsibilities that are essential for the smooth running of an organization

  • Strengthen the profit margins of allocated accounts by selling products, organizing distribution channels, managing displays and executing promotional strategies.
  • On a daily basis, deliveries are made and products are sold to assigned accounts.
  • Follow CCBCHC guidelines to stock merchandise in all accounts.
  • Transport Point of Sale advertising as needed to accounts, and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain proper accounting of products, cash, and assets on a daily basis.
  • Managing the invoicing and collection process with precision and accuracy.
  • Strengthen ties with account representatives and provide exceptional customer service to each account through consistent communication, prompt problem-solving, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Keep all CCBCHC equipment and product displays in a polished and orderly condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage room while dealing with trade breakage for assigned customers.
  • Verify that the vehicle and its cargo meet the CCBCHC safety requirements by conducting thorough checks.
  • Require adherence to CCBCHC's quality assurance criteria in all accounts.
  • Maintaining a hazard-free workspace is necessary for worker well-being.
  • Cultivate amicable and professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Pay close attention to the promotional activities, sales figures, and merchandise of your opponents.
  • One must comply with, adhere to, and reinforce all policies, operational procedures, workflows, and guidelines.
  • A vital part of maintaining a strong professional reputation is following through on commitments to clients and colleagues.

  • Capability to handle a handcart with either two or four wheels.
  • Skillfulness in driving and controlling different varieties of power trucks.
