Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Partner role based in Earth City, MO. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective job postings, and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates. The role also involves enhancing employer branding, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting onboarding activities for new team members. The Talent Acquisition Partner will track recruiting metrics, support continuous improvement of hiring processes, and collaborate with HR and operations teams to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidates should possess Employer Branding experience, with the ability to promote the company’s value proposition across various channels.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or staffing, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a similar operational environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and common office software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Earth City, MO, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
