We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management – Service Matter Expert (CRM-SME) .

Main Responsibilities

Administer and support daily activities related to the continuous use of the Oracle Service Cloud console.

Contribute to the proactive optimization of the application, including system health monitoring and improvements.

Maintain ePay’s knowledge base (create, update, audit, and clean as needed).

Improve customer service procedures, policies, and organizational standards.

Manage Oracle Service Cloud site configurations.

Analyze statistics and other data to assess service performance levels.

Participate in product update meetings and weekly operational meetings as needed.

Conduct training for new and existing employees on Oracle Service Cloud.
