Job Description
We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time hospital positions across Los Angeles, San Diego, and Albuquerque, within leading hospitals and healthcare systems. These roles are available year-round with multiple start dates and include day, night, and rotational shift options. Candidates will work in structured acute care environments with strong clinical support, modern hospital facilities, and clear pathways for long-term career advancement in U.S. healthcare.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in acute care hospital settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with U.S. hospital standards
Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and documentation
Follow clinical protocols, safety procedures, and hospital policies

Canadian citizen
