Pay: $17.00 - $19.18 per hour (DOE)

Expected Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Shifts: Night shift, Overnight, Wednesday Night through Sunday Night

Job Summary:

Waxmaster Janitorial LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team. We are a high performance quality cleaning company.

Primary Duties:

Operate equipment: auto scrubbers, vacuums, carpet extractors.

Conduct carpet cleaning and light maintenance as needed.

Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

Empty trash and recycling bins.

Transport equipment and supplies using a company trailer and van.

Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior janitorial experience REQUIRED.

Able to work solo most nights with minimal supervision.

MUST maintain a strong, consistent work pace to meet production goals.

MUST HAVE Valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

MUST pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random testing.

MUST be able to work without constant direction and supervision.

MUST have a working smartphone for communication and scheduling.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Able to meet performance requirements that have been proven to work.

MUST be able to work independently and follow instructions.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and read/write in English.
