LTL Operations Dispatch- Part Time

Join the Split Rock Team – We're Hiring a Part-Time LTL Logistics Dispatcher

Split Rock is seeking a motivated and experienced LTL Logistics Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments — from quoting outbound freight and building efficient loads, to scheduling deliveries and coordinating with carriers.

This is a customer-facing position that offers a mix of operational and relationship management responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll have a hand in sourcing trucks, collaborating with drivers and carriers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage LTL shipments from quote to delivery
• Coordinate daily scheduling with customers, carriers, and drivers
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Build and maintain dedicated carrier base

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in LTL logistics or freight planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
