Nurse Recruiter

Seeking a driven Nurse Recruiter, the full-time remote position will source and onboard exceptional Registered Nurses for a mobile IV therapy team while managing candidate relationships and optimizing recruiting workflows. Key responsibilities Source and recruit qualified Registered Nurses for mobile IV therapy roles Build and maintain talent pipelines through the ATS system Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate onboarding Required qualifications Previous experience recruiting nurses and/or clinical professionals Background in recruiting 1099 employees Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
