Position Overview
- Receives orders for consumables, tools and equipment from projects.
- Regularly solicits rental pricing from outside equipment rental suppliers.
- Develops and maintains a registry of equipment vendors.
- Assists estimating team with equipment rental rates and pricing.
- Coordinates and tracks equipment rented from outside suppliers.
- Ensures equipment rental rates from outside suppliers are invoiced as negotiated.
- Coordinates all third‑party equipment and tool rentals.
- Tracks rental equipment maintenance requirements.
- Assists in the purchase of new equipment.
- Coordinates Alberici equipment selection and moves for projects and revenue opportunities.
- Maintains required records for the fuel station and in‑ground tanks.
- Prepares Fuel Tax forms and records submission and maintains files for audit.
- Enters fuel meter tickets.
- Prepares reports as requested.
- Monitors and reviews the financial status of the EWM equipment segment, and assists in quarterly and annual projections.
- Assists in the review of equipment rental and EOC rates.
- Maintains Blue Book and Equipment Watch Pricing Guides for Alberici.
- Assists Maintenance Manager in developing and maintaining a master list of vendors for parts and services.
- Assists with Vehicle Presentation on Safety Calls.
- Assists with weekly Equipment Edit.
- Travels to company and subsidiary offices; off‑site client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings; and other locations across North America to fulfill the essential duties of the role as required.
- Exhibits regular and reliable attendance in person as required by the Supervisor, company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 5 years of equipment or warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
