Responsibilities Of a CNA
- Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff.
- Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed.
- Checking patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient's chart.
Qualifications For a CNA
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program is required.
- Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice is required.
