Leasing Manager

Preiss is hiring a full-time Leasing Manager at Auraria Lofts in Denver, CO. The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing, marketing and resident relations at the property. The Leasing Manager works closely with the Property Manager to set individual leasing goals and develop strategic plans to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident and retention goals.
