Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, professional environment
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Polished, professional presence with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and resourceful; able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed under pressure
High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
