About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a scattered-site residential portfolio. This role works closely with the Regional Property Manager, Leasing team, and Maintenance team to help keep communication, scheduling, resident records, and day-to-day follow-up running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience who enjoys staying organized, helping residents, supporting a team, and learning multiple areas of the business with room for future growth.

What You’ll Do:

Support Daily Property Operations

Assist with the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the portfolio, including resident records, lease documents, move-in and move-out coordination, inspection scheduling, property calendars, and general follow-up. Help ensure information in Entrata is accurate and up to date.

Communicate with Residents and Team Members

Serve as a helpful point of contact for residents, prospects, vendors, and internal team members. Respond to routine calls, emails, and messages, document communication in Entrata, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate manager.

Assist with Leasing, Renewals, and Resident Processes

Support leasing and renewal activity by helping with lead follow-up, application tracking, lease preparation, resident onboarding, renewal reminders, and related documentation. Assist with welcome packets, move-in details, and resident file organization.

Help Coordinate Maintenance, Inspections, and Compliance Items

Assist with work order follow-up, maintenance access, vendor scheduling, unit turn updates, inspection coordination, and basic compliance tracking. Support the team by keeping tasks organized, documented, and moving forward.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of residential or multifamily property management experience
  • Spanish speaking ability preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Entrata preferred
  • Familiarity with delinquency, notices, renewals, and basic resident account processes
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing and basic landlord-tenant regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
