Production Operator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Wauwatosa, WI

Pay Range: $19-$20

Shift: 7pm-7am, 3v3 schedule

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment including mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and palletizers.
• Monitor and maintain complex production machinery to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality procedures to ensure safe and quality production.
• Record material usage manually and via computer, accurately fill out process batch sheets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, to enhance operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk throughout the workday.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Proficiency in using computer controls and basic hand tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work cooperatively with colleagues and leadership.
• Willingness to rotate through different work functions as required by process flow.
