Our Seattle team is expanding, and we’re hiring a Customer Enrollment Representative to support customer enrollment, account activation, and sales outreach for essential connectivity services. This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role where strong communication, consistency, and performance directly impact results.
As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with customers to explain service options, complete enrollments, and ensure accurate account setup. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, managing multiple enrollments, and earning based on effort and performance.
Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
- Engage customers daily to explain service options and guide them through the enrollment process
- Complete customer enrollments, account activations, and service updates accurately and efficiently
- Conduct customer needs assessments to match households with the right connectivity solutions
- Support customer sales conversations while maintaining a positive and professional experience
- Verify customer information and eligibility to ensure compliant and accurate enrollments
- Answer customer questions related to services, accounts, billing setup, and activation timelines
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, enrollments, and account activity
- Work closely with team members to meet daily enrollment, customer, and sales goals
