About the Role
Help build the experience behind great hiring. As a Talent Acquisition Coordination Lead, you'll manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators while helping deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers around the world.
You'll play a key role in increasing recruiter productivity, improving stakeholder experiences, and identifying smarter ways to scale support through process improvements, automation, and AI. The impact is real and visible: more efficient hiring, stronger experiences, and a high-performing team that helps the business hire great talent globally.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service
Ensure candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers have a seamless and consistent experience throughout the hiring process
Oversee interview scheduling, background check operations, and other coordination activities while ensuring high-quality execution and service levels
Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and TA Operations to align coordinator support with business priorities and hiring needs
Drive recruiter productivity by improving processes, balancing workloads, and reducing administrative burdens across the recruiting lifecycle
Leverage data, technology, automation, and AI to improve team efficiency, scale impact, and enhance stakeholder experiences
Monitor operational metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, HR/People Operations, or a similar operations-focused role
Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding others
Strong focus on process improvement and operational optimization
Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and drive measurable improvements
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively across teams, regions, and time zones
Bonus Skills
Experience building or scaling coordination, operations, or shared services teams
Experience leveraging AI, automation, or workflow technologies to improve efficiency and user experiences
Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment
Experience with recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling tools, and background check solutions
