Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Living

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the safety of residents and team members of the community. You will be hands-on completing work orders and routine repairs in the residents’ apartments, including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, small appliance repair, floor care, etc. Excellent customer service and a willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role.

*Starting pay is $35/hour and up, depending on experience!

*This is a full time position offering a Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm) schedule, with MOD weekend rotation and on-call requirements
