Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for various companies. Qualified candidates will have prior experience in write-up, sales tax for multiple states, payroll tax and have demonstrated strong accounting knowledge in a similar role. CPA/EA a plus but not required. Ideal candidate will work independently and have a strong drive for success.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Quickbooks support for clients
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Manage assigned projects, due dates, and filing requirements
• Manage Bookkeeping Staff, review work, train as needed

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
