Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PreschoolSchool Teacher at our 2 Day/week Hybrid Homeschool Academy, to inspire and educate young homeschool learners in a vibrant classroom environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster curiosity, develop foundational skills, and support the holistic growth of children from early childhood through elementary levels. As a Preschool School Teacher, you will introduce new material from pre-planned lessons, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure each student’s success. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help shape confident, capable learners ready to explore the world around them.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across core subjects such as literacy, math, science, and social studies.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and respect.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification for elementary education is required.
• Proven classroom experience with early childhood or elementary students, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and curriculum development.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans for diverse learners using inclusive teaching strategies such as Montessori or other educational philosophies.
