Branch Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our fire protection sales, service & installation operations teams. The ideal candidate will oversee daily branch activities, manage project teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role requires a strong background in fire protection systems, team leadership, and branch operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch operations, including installation projects and service delivery.
• Supervise and develop branch staff including department managers, sales staff, administrative personnel, design team members and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with fire protection codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
• Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and project profitability.
• Coordinate with corporate leadership to implement company policies and growth strategies.
