The position of Barista/Cashier at Snowbird’s Atrium, located inside the Cliff Lodge, is a part-time role ideal for morning shift workers who enjoy engaging with guests and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. The Barista/Cashier plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by taking orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, and managing transactions accurately. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Employees in this position are expected to interact positively with guests and teammates, be proficient in handling financial transactions responsibly, and adhere to company policies including PCI compliance when handling sensitive customer information. • availability to work morning shifts including weekends and holidays
• ability to stand for long periods
• ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• ability to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions
• willingness to stay overnight if necessary during road closures
• ability to work in winter conditions and commute to and from Snowbird
• ability to interact pleasantly with guests and maintain good working relationships
