Early Morning Barista / Team Member – Smoothie King

Hours Required: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM (must be available to work early mornings).

As an Early Morning Barista / Team Member, you'll play a key role in opening the store and preparing everything needed for a successful day. Your ability to manage your time, stay organized, and work efficiently will help set both the team and our guests up for success.

Responsibilities:

• Open the store promptly and complete all opening procedures.
• Prepare fruits, ingredients, and supplies for the day.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and guest-ready before opening.
• Blend smoothies while providing friendly, fast, and accurate customer service.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards throughout your shift.
• Restock products and keep workstations organized.
• Work as a team to create a positive, upbeat environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while opening the store.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $9.50 - $10.50 per hour
