We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone who shares our values of customer service, and is looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry!

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in the RESIDENTIAL HVAC service trade performing maintenance, service and repair for a variety of HVAC equipment brands
• Proper tools for the trade
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Must have experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Must have advanced customer service skills and ability to communicate solutions with customers
• Must be a team-player and demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Must have knowledge of air balance principles
• Must have exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, be able to crawl, twist, push, pull, carry or maneuver heavy items, work in confined spaces, attics, and work from heights

Jobs are dispatched remotely according to your home location in the greater Charleston area. Although the focus of our jobs is in the Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and Daniel Island areas. You only have to report to the office once or twice a week to turn in checks and attend meetings. Bi-weekly technician meetings are mandatory to attend.
