Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with applicants and clients.
• Fill open positions in a timely manner while maintaining quality.
• Conduct reference checks and verify employment history.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruiting goals and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Work collaboratively with the team in a high-energy office environment.
