Certified Medical Assistant

Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant

Location: Lodi, CA 95240

Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks contract with possible extension)

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5x8-Hour Day Shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and take vital signs (BP, respiration, temperature, pulse)
• Assist with virtual provider visits and prepare patients for exams
• Document patient history, medications, and allergies in EPIC
• Perform and assist with procedures such as nebulizer treatments, injections, TB test administration, and suture removal
• Collect and label specimens ( blood Draws, venipuncture)

Requirements:

• Certified medical assistant
• BLS from (AHA) Certification (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2 year's of MA experience
• EPIC
• Strong organizational and communication skill
