Delivery Driver

Location: 12210 E 1st St, Tulsa, OK 74128

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $15-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable Delivery Driver to safely deliver building materials and construction supplies to residential and commercial jobsites throughout the Tulsa area. This role is a good fit for someone who can work with urgency, communicate clearly, handle physical work, and represent the company professionally with contractors, builders, and customers.

What You Will Do

  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles on local routes and active construction jobsites.
  • Review delivery information, confirm the correct address and order details, and communicate questions before leaving the yard.
  • Verify, secure, transport, and unload building materials such as steel/rebar, lumber, mesh, concrete accessories, and jobsite supplies.
  • Use straps, racks, and approved securement methods to keep loads safe during transport.
  • Work with yard and warehouse team members to load trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Place materials in the appropriate jobsite area while avoiding damage to property, access points, utilities, or other trades.
  • Use company-provided phones, maps, photos, and digital work tools to document deliveries and provide status updates.
  • Inspect, fuel, clean, and report maintenance needs for assigned company vehicles.
  • Maintain a professional attitude with customers, contractors, coworkers, and management.
  • Support the yard or warehouse team with material handling duties when delivery volume allows.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver license and driving record acceptable to company standards.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Comfortable operating medium-duty non-CDL delivery vehicles or willing to learn.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle heavy or awkward materials, up to 80-100 lbs as needed.
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and on active construction sites.
  • Good communication, judgment, dependability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use a phone, maps, photos, and basic digital work tools.
  • Willingness to work overtime, early mornings, or occasional scheduled Saturdays when business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous delivery driving experience.
  • Experience with building materials, construction supply, lumber yards, concrete supply, or jobsite delivery.
  • Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
  • Experience securing long, heavy, or awkward materials for transport.

Work Environment
