Schedule
- 1st and 2nd shift available
- Shift differential applies to 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and/or operate Swiss CNC machines based on experience
- Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints
- Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections
- Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain precision
- Recommend process improvements for quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with Quality and Production teams
- Complete required production and inspection documentation
Requirements Entry‑Level Candidates
- Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to learn
- Dependable, detail‑oriented, coachable
Experienced Candidates
- Swiss CNC setup and operation experience
- Blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement
- Ability to run jobs independently and mentor others
Education
- Required:
High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred:
Technical/vocational training or machining certifications

- CNC Machining (Swiss‑style)
- Precision Measuring Tools
- Blueprint Reading & GD&T
- ISO 13485
- FDA 21 CFR 820
- CAD/CAM
- Visual ERP
- Microsoft Office
- Strong math skills (Algebra & Geometry)
