CNC Machinist – Swiss CNC Setup | Naples, FL

Schedule

  • 1st and 2nd shift available

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and/or operate Swiss CNC machines based on experience
  • Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints
  • Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections
  • Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain precision
  • Recommend process improvements for quality and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with Quality and Production teams
  • Complete required production and inspection documentation

Requirements Entry‑Level Candidates

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to learn
  • Dependable, detail‑oriented, coachable

Experienced Candidates

  • Swiss CNC setup and operation experience
  • Blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement
  • Ability to run jobs independently and mentor others

Education

  • Required:

High School Diploma or GED

  • Preferred:

Technical/vocational training or machining certifications

  • CNC Machining (Swiss‑style)
  • Precision Measuring Tools
  • Blueprint Reading & GD&T
  • ISO 13485
  • FDA 21 CFR 820
  • CAD/CAM
  • Visual ERP
