Warehouse Associate - Raleigh, NC
Ready to join a growing team as a dependable Warehouse Associate for a Triangle Area industry leader? This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers competitive pay and benefits. This role will focus on supporting the warehouse fulfillment operations run efficiently.
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $16/hr ~ 45 hrs a week plus optional Saturday additional OT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Key Responsibilities
- Identify missing product and communication with replenishment team
- Move pallets throughout the warehouse
- Keep aisles clean and organized breaking down boxes
- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Previous verifiable warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift and move pallets/material consistently
- Reliable transportation and able to show up on time daily
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strict background screening requirements apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Familiarity with electric pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and dependability
This is a hands-on role supporting the order picking team and helping keep operations moving efficiently.
