We are looking for motivated, reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in our new Richmond / Ashland branch. No experience operating forklifts? No problem! We provide 100% paid training and certifications. If you have a great attitude and love working with a team, we want to talk to you.
What You Will Do
- Pick & Pack: Safely select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Load & Unload: Move materials safely around the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts.
- Receive Stock: Count and check incoming shipments to make sure everything is accurate.
- Keep it Safe: Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
- Use Basic Tech: Input simple data into our computer system and complete basic paperwork.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to stand during your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- A safety-first mindset to protect yourself and your coworkers.
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
