Growing Wings Therapy is a therapist-owned, woman-owned pediatric speech therapy practice serving children across Northeast Florida.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an SLP or CF to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in a K-8 charter school setting in Jacksonville.

Position Details:

• Full-time
• K-8 charter school setting
• Jacksonville, Florida
• Tentative start date: August 10, 2026

Compensation

Clinical Fellows (W-2)

• Starting at $43/hour
• Structured mentorship and supervision included

CCC-SLPs

• Competitive compensation based on employment classification and experience
• Starting at $55/hour for 1099 clinicians
• W-2 employment opportunities are also available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in a school-based setting
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Maintain timely documentation and complete required Medicaid billing, as applicable
• Help students develop communication skills that support success both inside and outside the classroom

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Florida licensure or eligibility
• ASHA Clinical Fellowship eligible or CCC-SLP
• Passion for working with school-age children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
