Hotel Maintenance Technician

Are you the type of person who likes to figure things out and work with your hands? Do you enjoy learning new skills and seeing the results of your work come to life? This role is designed for someone eager to start a career in maintenance—even if you don’t have prior experience.

As a Property Maintenance Apprentice, you’ll work side-by-side with our experienced team, learning the ins and outs of hotel and property maintenance through hands-on training. No trade or construction background? No problem—we’ll teach you.

This position is ideal for a motivated person looking to grow their skills while making an impact in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Shadow and train directly with our lead maintenance team
• Learn and perform light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks
• Assist with pool maintenance, groundskeeping
• Support hotel operations through general room, public space,
• Gain confidence in using tools and problem-solving on the job

What We’re Looking For

• Eager to learn and open to hands-on training
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in where needed
• Comfortable working with tools (experience a plus, not required)
• A can-do, problem-solving attitude
• Able to work full-time in an active, team-driven environment

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
