Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads across early childhood, elementary, and high school levels
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with educators, families, and other specialists
- Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and intervention techniques for diverse student populations
- Commitment to supporting students language and social-emotional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations to assess students communication abilities
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and provide direct and consultative speech therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to address each students unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet varying ages and grade levels, from Pre-K through grade 12
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and training opportunities
