Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads across early childhood, elementary, and high school levels
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and intervention techniques for diverse student populations
  • Commitment to supporting students language and social-emotional development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations to assess students communication abilities
  • Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and provide direct and consultative speech therapy services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to address each students unique needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet varying ages and grade levels, from Pre-K through grade 12
  • Engage in ongoing professional growth and training opportunities
