Production Operator (1st and 2nd shift available)

We’re looking for hands‑on, safety‑focused Production Operators to help produce high‑quality rubber and composite products. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, following detailed work instructions, inspecting products, entering production data, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Work includes handling hazardous materials, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Use of a half‑face respirator may be required, and candidates must be authorized to access ITAR/EAR‑controlled information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
• Proficient with measuring tools and basic shop math
• Basic computer skills
