Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/HUC | Med Surg | Full Time

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic nursing care, within their scope of practice, to patients at the direction of the Staff RN or LPN. The primary duties of the CNA are to assist patients with activities of daily living and to provide basic patient care needs and comfort. They may assist the nursing staff with the development of the patient care plan. The CNA will demonstrate safe and competent nursing care, reflective of the philosophy and standards of Gritman Medical Center, following the guidelines and rules set forth by the Idaho State Board of Nursing, American Nurses' Association, and the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations.
