Seeking a Materials Handler!
Our Materials Handler directly contributes to our success by supporting daily operations by ensuring raw materials and finished goods are accessible as needed. This hands-on role regularly and frequently communicates with Production, Blending, and Warehouse teams regarding manufacturing and warehouse needs and changes.
Your day-to-day includes physical movement of materials as determined by the production schedule across multiple locations. The ideal candidate provides exemplary customer service and is proactive about continuous improvement. You are meticulous, work at a quick pace, and enjoy variety in your day and your coworkers; you’re known for your agility during unforeseen change. Success is measured through accuracy, accountability, adhering to health and safety regulations, and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
This full-time, on-site position is available immediately and will be an active member of our Inventory department. Typical hours are 12-8:30pm Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required in coordination with high-volume periods or special events.

Essential Duties
- Adheres to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, and other handling equipment to move raw material and finished goods within the facility and off-site
- Transacts materials movement in inventory management database
- Responsible for raw materials and finished goods storage in accordance with quality standards
- Establishes item locations; determines organization and arrangement of materials in coordination with Inventory Manager
- Maintains equipment and work areas; ensure cleanliness standards are modeled and met
- Maintains a calm/cool presence during peak volumes and changing priorities
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Supports Inventory, Production and Warehouse teams, as needed
Requirements
- Experience in production or manufacturing environment
- Valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer and calculation proficiency

- Ability to work varied hours consistent with company needs and possibly overtime during peak seasons
