- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times
- Deliver strong customer service to support store performance and business goals
- Assist with additional bakery-related tasks as directed by management
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in bakery production or a related food preparation environment
- Ability to follow cooking procedures, operational guidelines, and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to food safety standards
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Compensation:
- Hourly pay ranging from $17.87 to $22.00
