Sr Property Manager

The successful candidate MUST have experience in supervising a large portfolio of affordable housing assets along with tax credit experience and managing a staff of direct reports.  Responsibilities include providing great customer service to our residents; overseeing a site management team and maintenance staff; the ability to work collaboratively with site staff and other team members within the organization.  The applicant must demonstrate excellent writing and planning skills and must be a confident and quick-thinking individual able to prioritize essential tasks.
