Office Expectations: Candidates must maintain an active North Carolina Dental Hygiene License. While experienced professionals are preferred, energetic new graduates with a strong work ethic are highly welcome. Familiarity with Dentrix software represents a valuable asset. Job Summary: An established, non-DSO private practice is seeking an energetic and compassionate full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join their patient-centered clinical team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, comprehensive preventive dental care in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities involve managing a daily hygiene schedule utilizing a modern clinical system. Clinicians will perform comprehensive oral health cleanings and assessments during dedicated one-hour appointments. Duties include tracking patient records, evaluating oral conditions, and educating individuals on proper long-term home care routines. The hygienist will collaborate directly with a sterilization assistant to maintain clean, efficient operations and follow safety protocols.

Salary Details
