Sales and Customer Support Associate

Position Purpose: As a Sales and Customer Support Associate, you will deliver exceptional service by proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our products and use our tools to guide customers in completing their projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and identifying their project requirements.
• Recommending products and closing sales effectively.
• Keeping assigned areas well-stocked, organized, and clean to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and standards, completing safety training, and reporting any hazards to the Manager on Duty.
• Collaborating with your Department Supervisor and team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Role variations may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
