Assembly/ Material Handler

Shift & Schedule:

• Full‑time
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Weekly pay

Requirements:

• Must pass a 7‑year background check
• Use basic hand tools (ruler, tape measure)
• Read and write
• Work as a team player
• Able to stand for an 8‑hour shift
• Maintain a steady pace
• Strong attention to detail

Assembly Duties:

• Cut foam products to shape and customer specifications
• Use hand tools, rulers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
• Maintain quality control with accuracy and attention to detail
• Keep a consistent pace in a no‑drama, team‑focused environment

Material Handler Duties:

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Move materials to and from the production floor
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Inspect incoming/outgoing materials for quality
• Support production supervisors to keep workflow smooth
• Enforce safety protocols and help train new team members
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
