Job Title: Carpenter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. This role performs skilled labor in the repair, restoration, and protection of structures, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality craftsmanship.

Looking for someone with experience in in formwork, column repairs, beam repairs, slab work, and balcony repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural repair and protection work following project specifications and safety procedures
• Read and understand job instructions, manufacturer guidelines, and mixing procedures
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized construction equipment
• Safely operate vehicles and heavy equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and power buggies
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintain tools and vehicles
• Track and maintain jobsite tools, equipment, and materials
• Calculate material quantities and coverage requirements for project tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly store equipment at the end of each shift
• Demonstrate proper techniques and assist coworkers when needed
• Follow all company and jobsite safety policies, including required PPE

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Ability to perform technician duties independently without supervision
• Experience with construction tools, equipment, and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal job instructions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork

Work Environment:

• Construction job sites including structural repair, concrete restoration, and waterproofing projects
• Requires physical labor, use of tools and equipment, and adherence to safety protocols
