Warehouse Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support our daily fulfillment operations. This role is primarily focused on picking and packing everyday orders across all sales channels with accuracy and efficiency. You will also assist with monthly inventory counts, general warehouse organization, and other operational needs as they arise.

This is a hands‑on position that requires consistency, focus, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a small, fast‑moving team.

Full‑time benefits begin after 90 days, with the opportunity for earlier eligibility based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily orders with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare shipments for all sales channels (website, marketplaces, wholesale, etc.)
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and cycle counts
• Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Sort, label, and store products in the correct locations
• Report damaged or missing inventory
• Support shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries
• Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
• Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Sweep, mop, and perform general warehouse upkeep
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Organized and able to store items efficiently
• Must follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Effective communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $16.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• No weekends
