Physical Therapist-PRN, Outpatient visits IN THE HOME - therapist specifies preferred area of town.

Use Net Health EMR. No productivity or quotas. All patients are at home and just finished inpatient rehab. This is not home health, no OASIS or nursing involved.

Qualifications:

• Texas PT License
• 1 year of experience
• Experience with geriatrics is a plus
• Knowledge of Net Health EMR is a plus
