Position: Bakery-Cafe Team Lead: Grow, Coach & Delight Guests
Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. In this role, you will ensure guest satisfaction through quality service and food, while also leading and developing a dedicated team. You’ll be responsible for managing shifts, coaching your team, and upholding our standards.
