We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and high-potential Delivery Operations Coverage Supervisor / Leadership Trainee to support delivery leadership across multiple key functions. This role is designed for someone who can step into different areas of the Delivery Department when coverage, workload, or business priorities require it.
The position may support AM Dispatch, PM Dispatch, driver support, field supervision, Assistant Delivery Manager duties, Brooklyn shipping/routing support, compliance follow-up, onboarding, and special projects. This is a hands-on operational and development role with a path for someone looking to grow into a larger delivery leadership or administrative operations position.
