Job Summary:

This is an in-office position in Omaha, Nebraska. As a National Account Manager, you will spearhead strategic partnerships with healthcare systems across various regions. This role demands expertise in managing large-scale accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. You will forge relationships at the executive level, negotiate high-stakes contracts, and work alongside recruiting teams to provide exceptional staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee national healthcare system accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Create strategic account plans to maximize growth and client retention.
• Negotiate enterprise-level contracts, including bill rates and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and leadership teams to meet client requirements.
• Provide comprehensive business reviews, reporting, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for expansion across specialties and geographical areas.
• Address escalated client and traveler concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or account management.
• Proven experience managing high-value accounts in a national or enterprise context.
• Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and presentation.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities at the executive level.
