We're growing and looking for someone who wants to be part of building something, not just filling a seat. The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, people-first Territory Sales Representative to own and grow a defined region spanning Southeast Michigan, the Toledo metro and surrounding Northwest Ohio communities, and the Grand Rapids market. This is a relationship role, not a transaction role. You'll be building trust with restoration contractors, independent adjusters, and insurance professionals who call us when their clients need help most. Those relationships take time, and they last for years. If you're someone who thrives on being the person people count on, this territory is yours to own. What you'll do Build and nurture relationships with restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, and property management contacts across your territory Make regular in-person visits to stay top of mind with referral partners Respond quickly to loss events, meeting homeowners and coordinating logistics with our production team Run a disciplined weekly route across SE Michigan, Northwest Ohio, and Grand Rapids Track your activity and accounts with consistent CRM discipline Represent Recovery Cleaners with professionalism and urgency at every touchpoint What we're looking for 2+ years of outside sales, account management, or relationship-driven business development Comfortable on the road daily and managing your own schedule with accountability A natural communicator who earns trust quickly Experience in restoration, insurance, or property management is a plus, but not required Organized, self-directed, and motivated by performance Clean driving record and professional presentation Pay:
