Physician Recruiter

To support a growing outpatient radiology practice, the full-time remote Physician Recruiter will coordinate recruitment efforts, manage relationships with hiring managers, and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for qualified candidates. Key responsibilities Conduct recruitment efforts for various positions, including writing advertisements and screening candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide recruitment expertise Manage the applicant-tracking database and facilitate the hiring and orientation process for new hires Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any field 2 years of experience in a related field Competency in recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems Ability to manage relationships with hiring leaders and provide customer service Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures
