Job Description :

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a Receptionist, you will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and attitude with a friendly demeanor.
